Each bucket includes approximately 70 premium stems, featuring a balanced mix of:

How Many Arrangements Does One Bucket Make?

Each bucket contains approximately 70 stems, which is generally enough for: 6–8 medium centerpiece arrangements; OR around 20 bud vases; OR one lush bridal bouquet; OR two bridesmaid bouquets; OR a combination of bouquets, centerpieces, + accent arrangements.

Each bucket includes flowers + foliage.

Ordering Information

• Our DIY buckets are available the end of July until the end of September.

• Orders must be placed at least one week before pickup.

• Popular weekends book quickly, especially during wedding season, so we recommend reserving your buckets as early as possible.

• Full payment is required to reserve your flowers.

Pickup Information

Our DIY Flower Buckets are farm pickup only at Beard Family Flower Farm.

Your flowers are harvested specifically for your event + will be waiting for you hydrated + conditioned.

Pickup dates + times will be confirmed when your order is placed. Our DIY buckets are available the end of July until the end of September.

Caring for Your Flowers

To keep your flowers looking their best:

• Store them indoors in a cool, air-conditioned space.

• Keep them out of direct sunlight.

• Leave the stems in clean water until you're ready to arrange them.

• We recommend picking them up 24–48 hours before your event.

Fresh flowers love cool temperatures.

Hot cars? Not so much.

Transport Tips

Treat your flowers like your favorite concert vinyl—carefully.

• Keep buckets upright.

• Place them on the floor of your vehicle rather than on seats.

• Use towels or boxes to prevent tipping.

• Keep the air conditioning running.

• Never leave flowers sitting in a hot vehicle.

You'll receive the freshest flowers available within your selected color palette.

We'll do our best to match your overall palette using what's blooming.

How far in advance should I order?

At least one week.

For weddings + larger events, we recommend reserving several weeks or months ahead whenever possible.

Do you deliver?

At this time, DIY Flower Buckets are available for farm pickup only.

When should I pick them up?

Ideally 24–48 hours before your event.

This gives your flowers time to stay hydrated before arranging.

Can I return or cancel my order?

DIY Flower Bucket orders are non-refundable because every order is harvested specifically for your event.

If your event changes, we'd encourage you to share the flowers with family, friends, neighbors, or a local nursing home—beautiful flowers deserve to be enjoyed.
